i can see where the insurance companies are getting this theory because a lot of times obese people are not as healthy but not all the time. if they are going to raise the rates of obese people they should also raise the rates of extremely underwieght people because they are suceptable to medical problems as well. Some people are just born overwight and underwieght and they can't help it, it's unfair for them to get high insurance if they didn't do anything to deserve it.

while on the topic of insurance companies, I think insurance companies are crappy beucase they won't cover a lot of things for women but will cover viagra for men. I recently heard that a lot insurance companies don't cover mamagrams for women however if women get breat cancer, they are going to end up paying a lot more in the long run. My insurance company won't pay for me to get the HPV shots or my sister to get prenatal vitamins but man get their viagra covered.
