In response to whether I agree with the death penalty, I think it depends on the crime that has been committed. In order for someone to get the death penalty that person would have to have done something terrible. Everyday crimes are not an example. Whether we want to face the truth or not murders happen everyday. So to decide if one of those people that have committed a murder get the death penalty then to me it has to be on large scale.
