In my opinion, there are some cases where the Death Penalty is most definitly justifiable. If we caught Osama Bin Laden, he deserves the death penalty 100%. Same with other notorius criminals throughout history like John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, and people like that. On the other hand though, in some cases I think it would be better to just keep people locked up forever with no chance of parole, just in case new evidence came out proving them innocent, because there has been cases where people have been put to death and then been discovered to have been innocent. So I'm kind of torn but don't feel strongly one way or the other.
