Manhunt 2

So, I was reading the posts about technology and it got me thinking of a news story I read earlier today... here is the link... http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21535818/

Basically, it is talking about how the violence in a new video game "Manhunt 2" is too real, and child advocates are angry. What do you think? I am a little torn on this issue... I am support people's right to create and share whatever they want, but I also know that not all parents really do their job when it comes to censoring what their children have access to... Don't get me wrong... I am not blaming video games for violence, but you can't deny that they are a piece of the puzzle. I mean that violent video games are simply one factor, that when put together with a series of others can be really dangerous. This topic has intrigued me for a long time now, especially as it relates to gender and the links between masculinity and violence.
