oh man.
First off...Breakfast Club is one of my all time favorite movies.
LOVE it.
but yeah John Hughes makes a series of different teen movies.
All of them with a different message.
In the Breakfast Club I think it makes us aware that people in different cliques or in a different so called category are not too different from one another. You don't know the person you most have in common with. It could turn out to be the person you least think. Everyone has their problems. You just don't know everyone's story. A lot of pre-judging goes on in the movie and in real life. You can't judge a person by how they look or present themselves to you each day. They could be putting on an act. An act either to make themselves feel better or for their friends just to keep fitting in. We should learn from this movie. But that's hard because people are so tight with their little group of friends that they aren't going to take the time and sit down and talk with people that are grouped differently than them like they did in the movie.
...
So I really want to watch this movie now.
