Response to Ryan (Equal Rights)

I disagree with what you said about howpeople claim they don't get a job because of their race... As everyone knows and its pretty obvious im MEXICAN!! I have applied at several jobs and when i fill out the application I never mention my race just to see what happens... so they call and ask for an interview... i obviously go and guess what?? I never get the job but yet i always see some new "white" person on the job...So I then i started to put my race on the application and i never got a response....I think its pretty clear that people do notice your race.... creating assumptions of who you are and what you are capable of doing
