Shannon's Response

In response to Ryan's technology question, I agree. If any of you had Fritz last year we were asked to avoid technology for a few weeks and write about its' affect on our lives. That project was oddly difficult for most people. Nobody seems to realize it, but we've come to depend on technology. Even right now, I'm earning a grade for survey by posting this on a computer. We have come so far with technology that everything is computerized and everyone talks on their cell phones, and nobody thinks about how life used to be. I agree that sometimes you just need to step back and relax. I think everyone should experience at least a week with none, or minimal modern technology just to get a break and to appreciate what we have.
