So.. i havent seen the breakfast club so dont kill me.

But i have seen Mean Girls. well i saw the majority of the movie. and i think its an attempt at modern day high school. I love how hollywood always exaggerates things. I have cousins my age back in china who've seen the movie and are asking me "are you american high school kids really like that?" and my answer was definitely NOT. i can see a little bit of how that movie is like us now, but it really really REALLY over-exaggerates it. i dont think the cliques at our school are THAT clear. there are some social butterflies who are friends with everybody. and also, not everybody belongs in a specific clique. AND, unless ive been living under a rock, i dont think there's a "most popular" girl of guy at our school. but i do see some similarities in the movie that pertains to our school. as soon as a trend starts, the next day, everybody follows.
