A New York City councilman is proposing a ban on pigeon feeding. He is mostly fed up with the bird droppings because they are not only gross, but also unhealthy for the people that are around them. The punishment for feeding the birds would be a $1,000 fine...The best part of this story is the video interview with the councilman (it's really funny).
