first the thing about bird poop and now this? Seriously, isn't there more important things the government could be doing? I mean "ho ho ho," thats been tradition. I think its retarded to make people say ha ha ha instead of ho ho ho. If people want to say ha ha ha, they can, but I think it's a waste of time, money, and effort by the government to enforce the people that dress in santa costumes to say ha ha ha instead of the tradition ho ho ho.
