well.. the whole recall thing is out of control. this is what american companies get for outsourcing and paying the outsourcing people like crap. my opinion is that if you treat them like crap, then thats what you get back. i definitely dont think its the manufacturing plants' fault. maybe they dont have the means to make sure that everything is kosher and up to standard because theyre getting paid a lot less then american are.
